We are looking for an R&D Manager (Coatings) to join our team in Nerul, Mumbai.
You will work on research and development projects and product development in the coatings industry. You will lead R&D teams and manage product development activities. The role is in the Quality Assurance department.
This position is open to both male and female candidates. The ideal age range is 35-45 years.
Qualifications: - B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering, or - B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry
Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D projects and product development - Good exposure to coatings R&D work - Strong leadership skills
Industry Experience: Experience in any of these industries is preferred: Paints, Coatings, Refractories, Ceramics, Resins, Adhesives, or other chemical segments.
Work Location: - Nerul or Khopoli in Raigad district, Maharashtra
