Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will also notify the user who posted the content.

Counter-Notices

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. Counter-notices must include the same information listed above plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

CeramicNinja reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.
