Position: Operations Head Industry: Ceramic Location: Lalpar, Morbi, Gujarat Experience Required: 5 to 7 years Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (as per experience) Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Week Off: Flexible Bond: 2 years applicable (10% salary deduction, refundable after 2 years with 5% interest)

About the Role:

You will manage daily plant and operational activities. You will oversee production planning, quality control, and order dispatch. You will work with suppliers and clients to keep operations smooth. You will monitor production performance and ensure orders complete on time.

You will find ways to improve processes and increase productivity. You will prepare reports for management. You will lead the operational team and maintain discipline and efficiency. You will ensure quality standards are met. You will solve operational problems quickly. You will support export and production work as needed.

Work Location: In person

The candidate should have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in operations management in ceramic or manufacturing industry

• Strong skills in operations management and team leadership

• Knowledge of quality assurance and inspection processes

• Experience in supplier and client coordination

• Experience in production and export operations

• Good problem-solving skills

• Ability to improve processes and workflows

• Experience in operational planning

• Ability to prepare MIS reports and operational updates

• Strong communication and team management skills

• Willingness to work 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Ability to work on flexible week off

• Willingness to sign 2-year bond with terms as mentioned
