Graduate Engineer Trainee
You will work in our ceramic manufacturing unit. Your main tasks are:
Quality Control: Check products and processes to meet standards. Inspect finished goods before they leave the factory. Control raw materials when they arrive.
Production Support: Help plan and run production work. Find ways to reduce costs in manufacturing. Customize products as per customer needs.
Lab Work: Calibrate and maintain lab equipment. Run tests to reduce quality complaints.
Compliance: Follow ISO, QMS, and company systems. Keep the workplace safe for all.
Customer Relations: Visit customers and suppliers when needed.
Your work helps us make better ceramic products and keep our processes efficient.
You should have:
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering stream (Ceramic, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field). - Be ready to learn and work in a manufacturing environment. - Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work as part of a team. - Willingness to follow safety and quality standards.
