Job Description
12-month paid internship in our Product Development team. You will work alongside experienced designers and technologists on new body and glaze development, historical recipe research, and prototype production for our heritage and contemporary collections.
This is a structured programme with defined learning objectives, a mentor, and a final project presentation. Strong interns are regularly offered permanent roles.
Requirements
- Degree or final year study in ceramics, applied arts, or materials science
- Academic knowledge of glaze chemistry is a plus
- Curious, proactive attitude with strong documentation habits
- Right to work in the UK
- Start date: September 2026
