Job Description
Looking for freelance ceramic engineers to join our project network. We place freelance engineers with tile manufacturers, sanitaryware producers, and industrial ceramics companies across Europe and Asia for 1–6 month project engagements.
Typical projects include: new body development, defect troubleshooting, kiln curve optimisation, glaze reformulation, and factory process audits. Rates are project-dependent.
Requirements
- Degree in ceramics engineering, materials science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in production ceramics
- Ability to write clear technical reports in English
- Passport and willingness to travel internationally
- Own professional liability insurance preferred
